The original Hearthly Bread Freezer Box is sold only on this website, shophearthly.com. We do not sell on Amazon, Walmart, or any other website or marketplace.

If you placed an order somewhere else and it never arrived, it was not from us. We have no record of it and cannot track it for you. Unfortunately, scam sites have used our product and our videos to take orders that never ship. If you were charged, please dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company so you can get your money back.
